Hi I am Subhashish Roy an alumnus of BITS, Pilani with over 29 years corporate experience in multinational and national organizations in senior and top management roles in diverse fields like publishing, software, financial services and insurance. Also consulting roles with Media & Skill Development sectors.

I am also passionate about travel and am a travel blogger with my travel blog Travels With Passion and a travel entrepreneur with our AI powered holiday planning and booking website Travelwisesr Holidays.

Have been in the coaching industry for over 10 years and have worked with leading corporate in the private & public sectors. Have also been associated with the skill development sector in retail, telecom, agriculture and CSV partnerships with multinationals Essilor India Pvt. Ltd. for North India & India Medtronic Pvt.Ltd. for Bangladesh including their training delivery programs. Also have been training BITS, Pilani MBA students on various skill sets over the years and have done a couple of programs for Engineering colleges, schools and children summer break.

Our mission is to transform young men and women who are starting their career and get them to focus on being the leader instead of just an employee, right at the beginning of their journey through online live and onsite programs.

Also onsite tailor-made programs for employees at all levels but specifically those in Managerial roles in various private and public sector organizations to take the giant leap towards leadership, effectiveness and productivity. It has been observed that across organizations a large chunk of managers have been promoted in a leadership role based on just their individual performance or tenure with the organization without the skills required for the role.
